Locally grown organic Daintree Rainforest black tea​

This aromatic tea is grown north of Cairns in the fertile Daintree Rainforest on the Cubbagudta Plantation, situated just south of Cape Tribulation at Diwan. The Kuku Yalanji First Nations peoples named this clan estate Kaba Kada, the ‘k’ is pronounced as a ‘g’. Kaba Kada means “rainy place".

Warm, house-baked pastry filled with tender pork and infused with aromatic fennel and thyme. This gourmet roll is a refined twist on the Australian classic sausage roll.

Goat cheese tart​​​

Creamy goat cheese with egg and chives in a delicate pastry shell and finished with a generous spoonful of house-made tomato relish.

Macadamia and lemon myrtle muffin​​

A delicious muffin featuring native lemon myrtle and macadamia nuts, a unique and popular local flavour combination.

Lemon myrtle is cherished by First Nations peoples for generations as both bush food and traditional medicine.

Macadamias are native to eastern Australia and have long been valued by First Nations communities for their nutritional and healing properties.​​

Macadamias are native to eastern Australia. These nuts are from here on the Atherton Tablelands and are deliciously salty and crunchy.

Gallo Dairyland cheese platter​​​

A selection of three locally produced cheeses from the family-owned and operated Gallo Dairyland company located near Malanda in the Atherton Tablelands. Accompanied by a gourmet dip, dried fruit and crackers​.

  • Heritage cheese

    A classic, sharp and crumbly cheddar, beautifully aged for a minimum of 18 months.

  • Macadamia cheese

    A delicately sweet, creamy, and nutty cheese made with locally grown macadamia nuts.

  • Rainforest cheese

    A savoury soft cheese, infused with spring onions and chives.​
